Vedic Cooking Workshop

Food is more than fuel; it is a source of consciousness, vitality, and holistic well-being. This workshop is an invitation to redefine your relationship with what you eat and truly understand how food impacts how you feel, think, and live.

What to Expect

We believe that cooking is a form of meditation. Our time together is beautifully structured to balance ancient theory with practical, everyday kitchen skills:

The Wisdom (A Light Introduction): Discover the foundations of Vedic and Ayurvedic teachings. We will touch upon key concepts for mindful eating.

The Hands-On Kitchen: Tie your apron and get cooking! Together, we will prepare two most-loved dishes: a Comforting Dal - learning how to prepare and spice lentils; and a Seasonal Subzi - understanding how to combine fresh vegetables, herbs and spices to make the most of plant-based goodness.

The Shared Feast: We will close our journey by sitting down as a community to enjoy the beautiful, conscious meal we’ve created together.

No prior cooking experience is required. Come with an open heart and an empty stomach!
