The French Vincent Courtois is a great cello and composer, improviser, bandleader, artistic director of la compagnie de l'imprévu. Courtois recorded solo works by Penderecki, Ligeti, Henze, Hindemith, Berio, Honneger in the spring of 2020; he made the music for the children's cartoon Céleste and Ernestine; one of the recent albums is “Love of life” with saxophonists Robin Fincker and Daniel Erdmann. In this concert he will play his own compositions and improvisational structure, composed and developed in the time of the concert-calmed year. This is followed by a musical meeting with the Dutch musicians Guus Janssen and Fie Schouten.
