- A sweater and socks for savasana if the weather is chilly

Meet-up in front of the Muziekkoepel
We will meet up in front of the Muziekkoepel (Music Dome) and then walk to a space where we can set up the mats. Please be on time. we will take a few minutes to set up the mats and make sure everyone is comfortable.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow
This is where some sweat might be involved. Expect an elegant and flowing Vinyasa sequence that will make your body feel strong and quiet the mind

Cooling down & mindfulness exercise
After the sweaty part, we will enjoy some well-deserved stretches to unwind. Please make sure you have enough layers (socks and sweater) and bring a towel to wipe off any sweat
