This event is for everyone! You don't need prior meditation experience

What if I'm unable to attend live?

The event will be recorded. You have access to the recording for one week.

Crystal Alchemy bowls, crystal chimes and Koshi chimes

How can I make the most of this event?

Make sure you are in a comfortable environment. I also recommend prioritizing this time for yourself by silencing your phone and minimizing distractions. Treat this sound bath as a moment of self-care and inner exploration! If possible, schedule some free time afterwards, to process your experience.

Why is this event free?

I've just completed my training at The Sound Healers Academy. Livestreaming crystal bowls at high sound quality is complicated! So even though I've practiced a LOT, there is a slight chance that something goes wrong... That's why I start with two free trial events (May 7+21).
