Voice Dialogue is a comprehensive and widely applicable method of self and relationship understanding. It is a principles based method, which means that you can apply the principles in many areas of your leadership and life. Voice Dialogue emphasizes holding tension between opposites - especially in times of uncertainty. That way, you reduce a feeling of tunnel vision and can see multiple perspectives. This approach honors the function and value of what is, at the same time, exploring alternative approaches. About the sessionIn this 2 hour introductory webinar you’ll learn about a powerful framework to approach uncertainty and self understanding. You will have the chance to practice some of the techniques introduced by the method to strengthen your experience of building awareness, possibility and choice. <ul><li>Liberate yourself of outdated assumptions and behaviors </li><li>Give yourself the freedom to make choices from a place of power </li><li>Discover deeper wisdom within your judgements of yourself and others </li><li>Learn how to address your fear in a serious way </li><li>Discover possibilities for new behaviors.</li></ul>About the hostsRobert Stamboliev is an internationally known psychologist, trainer, coach and relationship therapist with over 30 years of leadership in the Voice Dialogue and Psychology of Selves methods. He has worked closely with the founders of the methodology, Hal and Sidra Stone. In 1988, he founded the Institute for Transformational Psychology (ITP). He has developed leadership programs for various organizations and facilitates the development of excellence of process workers (trainers, coaches, therapists, managers, teachers). He is also the author of ‘The energetics of Voice Dialogue’, an important study book for Voice Dialogue facilitators.Meg Mateer is an organizational psychologist focused on helping companies achieve their wildly ambitious impact goals using the collective wisdom of their people. She is the founder of Empatiko, a company that helps organizations incorporate internal and peer coaching programs into their culture. She is also the host of the Break Down. Wake Up. podcast (www.breakdownwakeup.com). She brings a combined ten years of experience in business strategy, change management, psychology, and learning design, including seven years of consulting at big 5 firms. She is dedicated to the power of diversity and thinking outside of the box in creating sustainable positive change and passionate about creating contexts and tools for mutual learning and group transformation.
