Voice Dialogue: Balanced decision making in times of disruption

In this 2 hour introductory interactive webinar you’ll get a taste of a powerful framework to approach uncertainty and self-understanding. Voice Dialogue is a comprehensive and widely applicable method of self and relationship understanding. It is a principles based method, which means that you can apply the principles in many areas of your leadership and life. Voice dialogue emphasizes holding tension between opposites - especially in times of uncertainty. That way, you reduce a feeling of tunnel vision and can see multiple perspectives. This approach honors the function and value of what is, at the same time, exploring alternative approaches. 
The focus of this session is to understand the Voice Dialogue method to help you manage times of disruption. You will have the chance to practice some of the techniques introduced by the method to strengthen your experience of building awareness, possibility and choice.

About Robert Stamboliev: 
Robert Stamboliev is an internationally known psychologist, trainer, coach and relationship therapist with over 30 years of leadership in the Voice Dialogue and Psychology of Selves methods. He has worked closely with the founders of the methodology, Hal and Sidra stone. In 1988, he founded the Institute for Transformational Psychology (ITP). He has developed leadership programs for various organizations and facilitates the development of excellence of process workers (trainers, coaches, therapists, managers, teachers). He is also the author of ‘The energetics of Voice Dialogue’, an important study book for Voice Dialogue facilitators.
