VOX Book Club: Notes from Underground

By Studium Generale TU Delft

Overview

Read and discuss Dostoevsky's novella.

Join the free book club organized by VOX Delft and Studium Generale!

This quarter we’ll be reading Notes from Underground, an 1864 novella by Russian author Fyodor Dostoevsky. It has strong philosophical undertones, attacking the concept of determinism.

Let’s explore the work and its context together.

We’ll be meeting twice:

  • Wednesday, November 19th, 12:45pm: Introduction and book distribution in the Nook (TUD Library)
  • TBA, 7:00pm: book discussion in the Nook (TUD Library)

Please register for the VOX Book Club so we know how many people to expect.
We’ll have a dozen free copies of the book to give away to the lucky few! For the rest of us there are eBooks and hard copies available at (online) retailers.
