This event will showcase different Dutch VR/AR use cases to learn from and to get inspired by.

<p>In what way are companies utilizing virtual reality and augmented reality nowadays? During the first Dutch VR/AR event of 2021, we will look into different usecases of VR and AR in the Netherlands. Speakers will each get 10 minutes to talk through an example of how they are using VR and/or AR within their company. </p><ul><li>SeriousVR will present how VR was used as an assessment tool.</li><li>Chronosphere will present a use case with volumetric recording to relive history in AR and VR. </li><li>Reducept will tell how patients with chronic pain can be relieved of it using VR.</li><li>Blue Tea will present a VR training solution used at Bayer Medical Care.</li><li>Regina Coeli will tell how they are using VR at their language institute.</li><li>VRee will present how soldiers are trained in a multiplayer environment using. the new Senseglove Nova.</li><li>PTC will present how an AR &quot;see through effect&quot; can be used in marketing and education.</li><li>Artist Abner Preis will present how he uses VR as an artist.</li><li>TNO will present a social AR use case to help people connect with one another.</li><li>ORB Amsterdam will tell how AR exposure therapy helps to get rid of phobias.</li><li>Connec2 will tell how their XR platform helped Dura Vermeer to review BIM models.</li></ul><p>Make sure to get subscribed to the VRARA newsletter to get updates about the Dutch VR/AR landscape: https://www.thevrara.com/newsletter</p>
