Join us for “Walking into Regeneration”, a 90-minute guided regenerative walk designed to support you in staying grounded, resilient, and hopeful in the face of ecological and climate challenges. Through mindful movement, nature connection, and gentle reflection, this experience offers space to process climate anxiety and eco-grief, reconnect with what matters, and draw strength from nature’s own regenerative power. Come as you are—leave with a clearer heart, steadier mind, and a renewed sense of purpose and empowerment.

We are offering three walks (June and September) in the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos. Each walk has a clear theme, weaving together mindful movement, nature-based reflection, and group connection:

  1. Rooted Strength – Finding inner stability in a changing world
  2. Nourishing Inner Resources – Replenishing energy and vitality
  3. Courage & Compassion – Facing ecological truth with heart

Activities include:

  • Guided nature meditations & grounding practices
  • Reflection prompts & silent “sit spots”
  • Gentle movement and sensory awareness

You can join us for a single walk, or any combination of the three.

Frequently asked questions

Who is facilitating these walks?

Kim is a Nature Coach and Retreat Facilitator at Little Dutch Farm. Tina is a Nature Coach and Deep Time Walk Facilitator. Both are passionate about the human aspect of Sustainability, helping teams and individuals reconnect with nature and themselves to cultivate inner strength and prevent burnout.

Do I have to register for all three events?

No, you can join us for a single event, or any combination of the three.

Will this event take place at any weather condition?

As this is an outdoor event, we will be subject to the weather conditions at the date of the event. The event will be cancelled should it be too risky to meet outdoors (KNMI weather warning in place).

Is the event also for non-Dutch speaking?

Yes, the walk will be facilitated in English.

Where do we meet?

What else do I need to know?
