What can I do to prepare for this workshop?

It would be beneficial if you could do the assessments at www.exponentially.me/assessments. To be able to do the free assessments you will need to register a user with a valid email address. We will use the assessment in the workshop. You will be able to use them to help your team afterwards.

Why do I need to apply and can I just not pay in one go?

The workshop is aimed at tackling issues that need the participant to be willing to be both vulnerable and willing to share information. As part of our onboarding, we want to ensure that the candidates are able to be sorted into groups where necessary to allow for the best possible experience.
