About this event

Are you curious about increasing your impact as a leader? Join us for this workshop on leadership presence and experience the wisdom of sensing, feeling and moving.

We live in a world that highly values brain power. In the course of our education and working years, we are taught to reason and act logically. As a result, we rely heavily on our rational mind to deal with challenges. Yet, we all encounter situations that we can’t reason our way out of: we don’t see the way forward, keep getting trapped in similar conflicts or feel our energy draining away.

Neuroscientific insights teach us the value of embodiment to increase leadership effectiveness. Embodied self-awareness is present-moment, non-judgmental attention to sensation, movement, and emotion. When we learn to access these additional sources of information, we increase our impact and become more wholesome, all-round leaders.

In this practical workshop you will:

  • Connect with sources of wisdom beyond the brain
  • Practice exercises involving movement, posture and physical sensations
  • Broaden your self-awareness and get tools to grow your leadership impact.
