The participation fee includes accommodation, meals and activities.

Optionally, if required, carpooling between participants can be coordinated.

Health guidelines:

We strongly advise against participating in this travel when you are pregnant or have epilepsy. If you have cardiovascular health issues or any other (serious) health condition, ask your medical doctor for advice before signing up to this WHM travel.

Cancellation policy:

The WHM-instructor reserves the right to cancel a course or other activity if the minimum number of participants has not been met 7 days prior to start of the course or activity.

In case of cancellation by participants, they are to pay 50% of the total amount due, provided the cancellation is communicated in writing and no fewer than 7 days prior to start of the activity. Cancellations filed in under 7 days before the activity do not qualify for reimbursement.

In case of a cancellation, the initial participation may transfer his or her reservation to another, suitable, candidate. The replacement must fulfill all the original criteria for participation (including all prerequisites), which is determined at full discretion of the organizer of the activity and the WHM-instructor.

Cancellations and/or transfer of reservations must be confirmed in writing by the participant as well as the WHM Instructor.

In case of cancellation due to illness or death of a first-degree family member, participants are not required to meet the stipulation of a 7-day notice, provided that they do communicate an official document certifying said illness or death. Failing this, participants do not qualify for a refund.
