A new yet surprising pairing for wine and gelato lovers…You’ll taste carefully chosen wines, all paired with different gelato flavors.

The correct combination of wine and food is a matter of refined taste and an art for the experts. We all know that white should go with fish and red with meat, however, things get more complicated when you get into detail. Gelato and wine pairing requires a delicate choice with great attention and a competence only the real experts can afford, that is why we do this workshop in collaboration with a gelato chef and a wine expert from Vleck Wijnen. We will be accompanied by the wine experts for learning more in detail about wine tasting and pairing. You’ll taste carefully chosen top quality wines, all paired with different gelato flavors. You can expect some dessert wines like Passito and Moscato, but be ready also to experience some surprises as well! Enjoy an artisanal Italian beer and some treats while we are welcoming you, then start learning about what makes our artisanal gelato so special, the tastes and information on wine pairing with a focus on gelato and desserts. We will be tasting 10 wines paired with different flavors of gelato while listening to the stories about the pairings from the experts. There will be a challenge at the end of the session to see which pairing is the winner!
