Dear women,
This circle exists to give space to what is. We are taught that rage is not safe, that it is taboo, that it is not allowed and we have to keep it in. Here, it is sacred. Whether your rage looks like slamming a pillow, stomping your feet, screaming, or embracing yourself for ten minutes straight, it is welcome. All of it is right — as long as it comes from your truth, within safe boundaries. Through this expression, through the practices and medicine offered here, relief can emerge.
In this circle, we honor the full spectrum of emotions: grief, frustration, anger, longing — every feeling that can cause anger and rage. You are worthy of deciding what to carry and what to let go.
You will be supported not only by my guidance, but also by the presence of the other women — by their stories, their movements, and their courage to show up as they are.
Through cacao, sacred expression, cord cutting, and sound, you are invited to connect with your body and soul, to sense the layers of yourself where rage lives, and to honor them fully. This is a space to reclaim your power, to feel your presence, and to notice the reality of your intentions already woven into your life.
This circle is not about a fixed outcome. It is about presence, self-love, clarity, and choice. When you act from truth, alchemy happens. This is the sacred feminine alive — within you and in the shared energy of women gathering.
To hold, to witness, and to honor from body to soul.
I will meet you with open arms.
Love,
Maartje

Who this circle is for?
- Women who want a safe, held space to feel and express what is often silenced or denied.
- Women who notice rage, frustration, grief, or other intense emotions bubbling up and want to explore them without judgment.
- Women who wish to reconnect with their body and soul, honoring where emotions live and speak within them.
- Women who are seeking sisterhood and support, and wish to witness and be witnessed by others in an authentic, compassionate circle.
- Women who want to reclaim choice and agency over their expression — whether that is loud, soft, still, or embodied.
- Women who are curious about ritual, embodiment, cacao, journaling, cord cutting, and sound medicine as ways to connect with themselves and their sacred feminine energy.
- Women who desire to step closer to their intentions and truths, noticing how they are already living them and how they wish to integrate them further.
I have a set of practices ready, but will let the energy of the circle decide what comes first and in what intensity, or if something gets skipped or changed. To serve you.
What we will do?
> We will gather in a circle, set our intentions, and open our hearts with cacao.
> Through embodiment and movement, you will connect with your body and the energy of your emotions.
> The container will provide space to explore and express rage in whatever form is yours — from sound to movement, from ritual to stillness.
> We will honor what you want to let go of through a cord-cutting ceremony.
> You get to lay down and go through a sound journey, to help anchor and integrate your experience.
> We will reflect through journaling and sharing.
What do you bring?
- Your journal
- Your favorite snack or dish to share so we can have dinner together
- An outfit that allows you to move freely AND honors your goddess self
- An open mind
- Anything you would like to charge on the altar
Why does this day matter?
I have chosen Sunday, September 7, 2025—a day that holds a singular alchemy of sky, heart, and deep invitation.
Under the glowing Corn Moon, we gather at a time of harvest—not of fields, but of emotions, innocence, grief, and stories that have ripened over time. It’s a threshold moment to see what wants to be held, released, and finally spoken.
On this night, the Moon will turn into a Blood Moon, as Earth’s shadow embraces it in a total lunar eclipse—a rare and potent phenomenon. Just as the light dims, we whisper to ourselves that what happens in the dark can be visible. We are invited to let our own shadows emerge, to honor them fully within the embrace of acceptance.
This is a night of deep power and natural pause—a moment where the cosmos aligns to reflect a space of letting go.
Energetically, the ceremony mirrors this cosmic alignment: we begin by creating a container—planting the seed—then gently move into expression, ritual, release, and finally integration. The flow reflects both creative emergence and rooted structure. It’s a gentle pulse: a sacrament of power (creative expression) held in clear form (visionary structure)—a pattern mirrored in the name and intention of this work.
