Workshop: Beginner's Watercolour Botanicals

Come take some creative time for yourself and relax whilst learning to paint dynamic and lively plants and florals!

BEGINNER-FRIENDLY

No drawing or painting experience necessary; we’ll provide everything for you to learn useful techniques under the guidance of illustrator Laura Carter.

Each edition will have different choices of botanical subjects to make a vibrant painting of, and you'll pick up the fundamentals which can be applied to any painting subject, not just botanicals. Start your painting experience by attending one session, or come back for more and we'll work on your skills!

Laura will do a demo featuring one of the botanicals, which you can follow or feel free to pick your own composition.

This is a more concentrated, updated and intimate version of the occasional session we have at the community center, so if you've been to that you've certainly not seen it all.
