Workshop: Botanical Painting- Toadstools!

Come and join us for this autumn art workshop, making toadstool illustrations. A fun technique with watercolour, and a touch of playful colour pencil.

This is my favourite fast and loose way of recording botanicals, whether it's flowers or a textured mushroom. Optional is to add a vintage-inspired label for each species, as a finishing touch!

FOR BEGINNERS + (16yrs+)

Whether you're an experienced artist or want to try something new, I'll have some fresh tips and tricks for you to discover.

We'll focus on capturing~

• Form
• Texture
• Colour

We’ll provide everything for you to learn useful techniques under the guidance of illustrator Laura Carter.

We'll be using quality paints and pencils, for a no-pressure way to capture the beauty you see. You'll also take home a printed guide with tips and examples.
