What would a creative design process and product look like, co-designed with an animal, plant, or other living organism? This workshop, led by artist and designer Ivan Henriques, is a hands-on experience that invites participants to question traditional approaches to design, fostering innovative practices that teach us to harmonise with the living world.
This dynamic experience suitable for all, is structured into three engaging parts: research, development and presentation. During the workshop you will embark on a creative journey, either individually or in groups, to conceptualise and develop ideas on reimagining our interactions with nature. It encourages you to explore the possibilities of designing with living organisms and systems in a way that promotes both environmental sustainability and human well-being. A hands-on experience, it invites you to challenge traditional approaches to design, fostering innovative thinking about how we can harmonise with the natural world.
This workshop was moved from Saturday 7 June to Saturday 21 June.
