<h1>Workshop: SALES II</h1><h3>Date: 30 March 2023</h3><h3>Time: 14:00 - 16:30</h3><h3>Location: SBIC Noordwijk</h3><p></p><h2>Define your overall start-up selling approach and finetune your sales process with our workshop. </h2><h3>Learn how to avoid the standard start-up pitfalls</h3><p>At a certain moment, every start-up must begin to figure out how they will sell their amazing value proposition and ask themselves what would make a potential customer buy from them. With this question it becomes quite important to gather information about your potential customers.</p><p></p><p>In the second part of the Sales Workshop we will cover the following topics:</p><ul><li>G﻿oing though all phases of the selling process, including the drafts of phases 1 &amp; 2 and the ins and outs of phases 3 - 6</li><li>Creating proposals</li><li>Online / offline mix of your selling process.</li></ul><p></p><p>A﻿fter the part II of the Sales workshop, you will be able to elaborate further and implement your own customized and complete selling approach.</p><p></p><p>Study materials, prerecorded presentations, for this workshop will be provided upfront. The participants will be asked to watch the prerecorded presentations, do their homework and prepare a short presentation before the workshop. With this approach we can actually ‘work in the shop’! You will receive the study materials with instructions once you have registered. Joining the workshop with several members of your team will be highly beneficial as you will continue working during the session.</p><p>As a result of watching the presentations and carrying out the exercises each team will need to prepare short presentations about e.g. the start-up, the value your start-up is going to provide customers and about trends in your potential customer’s market. Details about the short presentations to be created will be made available before the workshop, together with the prerecorded lectures.</p><p></p><p><strong>About Ron Lameij</strong></p><p>Over the last decade <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ron-lameij-23a6b1/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ron</a> has worked with many incubators, start-ups and scale-ups. He provides training and coaching in the areas of innovation and growth. He worked as a trainer/coach with InnoEnergy, DOK41, Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship, ACE, Fashion for Good, Climate KIC, Startupbootcamp, PLNT Leiden, and Port XL. He provides Bachelor and Master courses and coaching at Leiden University and Delft University of Technology in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Startup Development. His specific expertise lays in the fields of pitching, validation, demand generation and selling.</p><p><em><strong>Please, note that you will be asked to send your homework to the trainer few days upfront. :)</strong></em></p>
