The theme of this year’s YEQT workshop is "Queueing Theory in Operation Research", where we aim to discuss research that uses understanding gained from queueing theory to help make better decisions in a variety of fields of operations. In this workshop, we intend to build a queueing-theory oriented program around the following OR‐related applications:
· Communication networks
· Energy networks
· Traffic networks
· Service systems
· Healthcare systems
