Let&#x27;s take our yoga practice outdoors! There is nothing like the feeling of the grass beneath your feet and the fresh air in your lungs.<ul><li>Host: Fanny, from <a href="https://flowwithfanny.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">FlowWithFanny.com</a>. Engineer &amp; Yoga Teacher (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/flowwithfanny_/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Insta</a>)</li><li>For who?: This class is open to everyone. It is for everybody, no matter your age, gender, or experience level.</li><li>When: Every Saturday from 11am to 12pm, if weather allows (not raining/wet).</li><li>What to bring:</li><ul><li>Comfortable clothes</li><li>Yoga mat</li><li>Bottle of water</li></ul><li>Location: Beatrixpark, Amsterdam (more info on booking).</li><li>How much does it cost? This class is based on donations, pay what you can afford. You can pay in cash or via tikkie directly at the park (but don&#x27;t forget to reserve your spot anyway). We usually recommend offering between 5€ and 15€.</li><li>It is limited to 10 participants.</li></ul>
