Join us for a rejuvenating guided moving meditation March 30th @ 11am, led by Kat Rice, RYT 200 This yoga class flows at a slowed down pace, exploring each posture and building strength from the ground up. Linking breath to movement, you will gently engage, open, and strengthen the body by tapping into accessible yoga poses, fluid movement and breath. With the first half of the class designed to heat the body from the inside out, the last half emphasizes floor postures to help open, stretch, and release major muscle groups. This blend of movement and stillness offers a complete practice, allowing you to awaken vitality and soften into relaxation . ꩜ byo mat, water bottle, and any other props꩜ please allow a few minutes to arrive early before class starts꩜ ticket includes a post-class ginger shot (other beverages available in bar area)
