Geliefde zuster,We nodigen je uit voor deze speciale yoni-sessie in de yurt. We bieden je een introductie en verkenning van de verhalen van de baarmoeder. We zullen een heilige ruimte creëren waar we op een innerlijke reis gaan.Deze avond zal beginnen met een sharing over de yoni, elke avond zijn er verschillende talks afhankelijk van wat die avond ontstaat. Gevolgd door een yoni steam &amp; enkele oefeningen (de yoni yoga) die je mee naar huis kunt nemen. Een kleine introductie om verbinding te maken met onze yoni, een poort naar de baarmoeder. Samen creëren we een veilige ruimte waar we onze vrouwelijke krachten kunnen helen en wakker maken.✨Yoni Steam✨Voor de stoom hebben we een bloemen mix. De stoom helpt de yoni om van binnenuit diep te ontspannen en te voeden. Het is een zeer zuiverende manier om je te openen, te verzachten en een beetje warmer te worden van binnenuit, bijna als een innerlijke knuffel of een 'sauna van onderen'.✨Yoni Yoga✨In ons heilige gebied hebben we 5 (oppervlakkige) spieren en in onze moderne wereld van bureaubanen zijn deze spieren behoorlijk vergeten. En in spieren die we niet gebruiken, slaan we veel emoties, pijn en trauma op. Tijdens Yoni Yoga zullen we deze spieren voelen &amp; van ze houden met een beetje aandacht &amp; oefening. We offer you an introduction &amp; exploration into the tales of the womb. We will create a sacred space were we go on an inward journey.This evening will start with a sharing about the yoni, every evening there are different talks depending on what that evening arises. Followed by a yoni steam &amp; some exercises (the yoni yoga) you can take home. A little introduction to create connection with our yoni which is a portal to the womb. Together we create a safe space where we can heal &amp; awaken our feminine powers. ✨Yoni Steam ✨For the steam we have a blooming blend. The steam helps the yoni to deeply relax &amp; nourish from within. It is a very purifying way to open up, soften &amp; become a little warmer from the inside out, almost like a inward hug.✨Yoni Yoga ✨In our sacred area we have 5 main (superficial) muscles &amp; in our modern world of desk jobs, these muscles are pretty forgotten. And in muscles that we don’t use we storage a lot of emotions, pain &amp; trauma. During Yoni Yoga we will feel these muscles &amp; love them up with a little attention &amp; exercise. Releasing the patterns of tension in the tissue can help release trauma &amp; remove psychological blockages, which can be tremendously more effective than just talking about them. You will work directly with the source of where it is located.
