Come to the beautiful Jakarta Hotel in Amsterdam to enjoy an afternoon full of plants. Many activities to connect with other plant people!
In collaboration with The Swap Club, Youplant Amsterdam brings you a plant-filled afternoon to connect, create, and share. 🌿
Beginning of the Community Day:
14.00-14.30: Plants drop off
14.30 -15.15: Speed Friending / Networking
15.15 -16.00: Plant swap (in collaboration with The swap Club)
16.00 -16.30: Plant lottery
🌿 How the Plant swap works:
✔ Bring Your plants, cuttings, pots, plant accessories.
✔ Drop Off Your Items :Item check-in happens during the event, first 30 min (14.00 - 14.30)
✔ Earn Points : Your items are assessed on-site and points are added to your digital wallet via a personal QR code.
✔ Swap & Enjoy : Use your points to “shop” for new-to-you plants—and take home what you love!
✔ Keep Swapping: Your unused points stay in your wallet and can be used at future events.
How the Speed Friending/Networking works:
✔ You will have the chance to sit and talk for another event participant for 3-4 min. In case you don't know what to talk about, there will be cards on the table that would help the conversation.
✔ Every 3-4 min, you will switch table and you will talk with another person. You will have the chance to speak with around 15 people.
What does the ticket include:
- A free drink of your choice
- One lottery ticket
- Access to the plant swap
- Access to the networking moment
