I've never heard of a "Systemic Constellation." Is this therapy or coaching?

Accepted Answer

It's a specialized diagnostic tool. While coaching focuses on your conscious goals and therapy often looks at your personal history, a Constellation looks at the "system" you belong to (your family, your industry...).

Question 2

I'm not the "Client" for this session, what do I actually do as a "Substitute"?

Accepted Answer

As a substitute, you might be asked to represent an element of the Client's story,for example, "The Goal," "A Hidden Ancestor," or "The Obstacle." You don't need to "act." You simply stand in the field (digitally) and report any physical sensations or shifts in perspective you feel.

Question 3

I'm a very rational, data-driven person. Will this feel too "woo-woo" for me?

Accepted Answer

We hear you. This session is hosted by Adis Sophie and led by Anastasia specifically for women who value groundedness. We are mapping out internal data externally so your brain can process it differently. It's less about about seeing the patterns that your rational mind has not noticed.

Question 4

Is it okay to join if I don't have a specific "problem" right now?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Joining as a Substitute is the perfect way to “dip your toe in.” Many women join simply because they feel a sense of "transition" on the horizon. Observing a constellation is a powerful way to expand your emotional intelligence and understand the invisible forces.
