There are moments when you know what you want to do…
and yet, you don’t move.
You might feel flat, distracted, or strangely disconnected.
Or there’s a quiet tension underneath—like something in you is on edge, but also holding back.
And sometimes, it shows up like this:
You finally have time to rest…
nothing is expected of you…
but instead of relaxing,
you feel restless.
Wired.
But also tired.
You scroll, drift, hover…
not really doing anything,
but not able to let go either.
It’s a strange place to be.
It can be confusing.
And often, we turn it into a problem.
Why can’t I just relax?
Why can’t I just get on with it?
But what if nothing is wrong with you?
What if this experience isn’t a failure…
but a form of protection?
In this monthly meeting, we’ll explore a different way of understanding those moments when you feel stuck, still, or unable to move forward.
Not as something to fix or push through—
but as something to meet with more awareness, clarity, and care.
Together, we’ll gently look at:
- why your system sometimes “pauses” instead of moves
- why rest doesn’t always feel restful
- how pressure and expectation can keep you stuck in place
- what actually begins to shift when you stop fighting the experience
- and how small, simple steps can reconnect you to movement again
This is not about forcing change.
It’s about learning how to work with yourself,
instead of against yourself.
There will be space for reflection, a short teaching, and a simple guided practice you can take into daily life.
You don’t need to have it figured out.
You don’t need to feel ready.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
