YPR: Vive la France
Thursday, July 4, 2013 from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM (CEST)
4 July the next YPR meetup is scheduled and you’re personally invited!
This time we celebrate summer in the Tourcafé, which will open its doors in the Rotterdamse Schouwburg. This pop-up concept gives a whole unique experience of the 100th edition of the Tour the France. The Tourcafé has the largest TV in the NL (12m by 3m), an art exposition and much more. On 4 July we kick off the YPR meetup with a live broadcast of the 6th stage that takes us from Aix-en-Provence to Montpellier. 176.5km through some beuatiful landscapes. Because of the live coverage we start earlier (15h30) than other YPR’s. The YPR program starts around 17h30.
The cyclists are expected to finish the 6th stage around 17h10. From there we will continue with a mean and lean program. This meetup we found Gijsbregt Brouwer (sportnext.nl) enthusiastic to prepare a keynote. As a sports and media fanatic he will give us a special insight in the 3rd biggest sportsevent worldwide. Gijsbregt will focus on the value of a team and social media.
This edition we combine the workshop with the drinks. Summestyle. We will provide an winetasting by Winecast.com to keep things French. Hope to see you in the Tourcafé!
