On the 15th of January, the General Activity Committee is organizing a zero-waste cooking workshop. This workshop will be organized on Jitzi and will be a public event.

Do you want to learn how you can reduce your weekly amount of food waste and how you can efficiently use your food scraps from previous meals? Then this is the workshop for you! During this event, we will teach you how to make a starter, main dish, dessert and a drink from various common food scraps that are usually thrown away. The workshop will include the following dishes:

- A sweet 'n savoury salad with buckwheat, orange zest dressing and croutons

- Pasta pesto 2.0

- Chocolate mousse

- Plantbased milk

Want to join? You can sign up until January 14th 12.00. The event itself is free, but please take into account that you have to get the ingredients yourself (an ingredient list will be sent the day before)
