Sōl City Yoga
Since 2017, Sōl City Yoga has been creating safe spaces for people to practice yoga, meditation, and creative expression at every age, stage and phase of life. We believe that everyone deserves a safe space to heal, grow, and radiate their presence. Our community is open leveled, beginner-friendly, and beautifully diverse, with both beginner and experienced practitioners who continue to deepen and expand their practice alongside one another. We host yoga sessions every Saturday inside of OT Gallery, a beautiful art gallery in the heart of Harlem.

- 10:30 AM — Yin Yoga
Slow, gentle, and deeply grounding. Long supported holds release tension from the body and quiet the mind. Ideal for beginners and anyone who needs to decompress.
- 11:30 AM — Guided Meditation
Instructor-led and accessible to everyone. Reset your nervous system, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself. No experience needed — just an open mind.
- 12:15 PM — Vinyasa Flow (Trauma-Informed)
A mindful, breath-led flow where you are always in choice. Every cue is an offering, never a demand. All levels welcome, especially those returning to movement.
- 1:00 PM — Power Yoga Dynamic and energizing. Build strength, generate heat, and leave feeling grounded and proud. Come ready to work. Leave feeling powerful.
