League of Women Voters of the Charlottesville Area
The League of Women Voters of the Charlottesville Area is one of over a thousand Leagues across the nation. When you join the local league, you also become a member of the League of Women Voters of the United States and the League of Women Voters of Virginia, and receive information and participate in League decisions on all three levels of government.
Our local League welcomes the participation of students. There is no membership fee for those who are currently enrolled at least half-time. Information about dues reduction for people on limited income is available from the membership chair. Anyone who is not a member may attend League-sponsored public meetings and may make a contribution to support League activities. Contact the League at:
