Heidi Hallett is the founder of Adelaide Salon Systems and the owner of Strandz & Company, a salon she has built with a deep focus on culture, leadership, and thoughtful business systems.
With more than 30 years in the beauty industry, Heidi has experienced nearly every side of the profession. She has worked behind the chair, as a booth renter, operated a home salon, and owned/managed multiple salons. These experiences shaped her belief that beauty professionals deserve businesses that support both their financial goals and the lives they want to live outside of work.
As a salon owner, Heidi loves the creativity, energy, and relationships that come with the industry. At the same time, she understands how isolating leadership can feel and how easily a business can become all consuming without the right structure in place.
Through intentional systems, strong team development, and a clear vision, Heidi has built a salon that runs smoothly even when she steps away, allowing her the freedom to travel, spend time with family, and pursue new ideas while knowing her team and clients are well supported.
Adelaide Salon Systems was created from that philosophy. Through masterminds, workshops, webinars, and retreats, Heidi brings beauty professionals together to share ideas, gain new perspective, and build businesses that are both profitable and sustainable.
