NExT Philadelphia (Network of Extraordinary Talent) is one of over 60 chapters of the National Urban League Young Professionals (NULYP). Since 1999, the NULYP educates, develops, and prepares young professionals to take leadership roles within the National Urban League, the civil rights movement and society-at-large. Members of NULYP are defining, shaping, implementing and leading the next generation’s civil rights agenda.

NExT Philadelphia operates in lockstep with the Urban League of Philadelphia, a nonprofit organization, connecting young professionals to civic engagement, advocacy, and professional development opportunities in the Philadelphia region. We connect leaders with over 100,000 young professionals through coordinated social media, communication channels, and personal relationships.
