I've been in the world of OMing, SPLA, Tantra, ENM/Poly and BDSM since 2015 and was tired of having to drive far for my community and to meet like minded individuals. That's why I run intimate events out of my home, at a local restaurant and partnered with a non profit OPEN for other community organizer's.

In my vanilla life I help businesses and organizations transform the way their people connect, collaborate, and lead. As a Leadership Engagement Facilitator, I design dynamic, interactive experiences that break down silos, spark meaningful conversations, and get teams working together instead of just side by side. Because when people feel heard, valued, and aligned, engagement soars, productivity rises, and businesses thrive. Whether it’s a team workshop, leadership retreat, or a high-energy event, I help create cultures where people show up, step up, and succeed, together.
