WA VAD Statewide Care Navigator Service

The WA Voluntary Assisted Dying Statewide Care Navigator Service is a free, government funded service that exists to support Western Australians seeking information or support in relation to voluntary assisted dying (VAD) including individuals, family members, health care workers, medical practitioners and the community.

The service is available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (excluding public holidays) on 9431 2755 or VADcarenavigator@health.wa.gov.au
