Yin Yoga with Katrina
Hey! I'm Katrina, thanks for being here. I'm a mental health social worker and yin yoga teacher.
I teach from a variable anatomy and choice based perspective, acknowledging and appreciating that everyone's body is different. This means I do my best to provide options throughout my classes, so participants can do what feels best for their body and mind in that moment. I am always striving to create an inclusive space for those who practice with me.
I acknowledge the depths of yoga and its cultural roots. In yoga, I have found so much benefit for my own wellbeing and hope to share this with others.
