At BlockVerse Institute, we empower diverse talent by providing skilling in high-growth, in-demand technologies, and workplace-specific behavioral skills, enabling individuals to secure quality employment. We are especially focused on supporting those looking to make a career comeback. We also work with companies to enhance their workforce capabilities and design skilling experiences in virtual worlds that we build.
What We Do
We focus on skilling, future readiness, and diverse talent. Our expertise spans a wide range of technological and behavioral skills. All our sessions are live and instructor-led suitable for both IT and non-IT backgrounds, offering an immersive learning experience. We give guidance and handholding to find jobs after the course. Our work is divided into two areas:
"Skill to Hire" – Dedicated to helping diverse talent, including those returning to work, gain the skills needed to secure employment.
"Skill to Grow" – Addressing skill gaps in organizations by upskilling or reskilling their employee base to meet evolving needs.
Examples of Our Work and Market Validation
Empowering Women in Tech: We have successfully trained all-female batches in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Machine Learning. Nearly 100 women across South Africa and India have been skilled, with 50 securing employment in tech sectors.
Recognized and Supported: We’ve received backing from the Dutch Enterprise Agency (RVO) with a performance grant in our first year and have been selected by AnitaB.org (which powers the Grace Hopper event) as their official skilling partner. Additionally, we are part of the 2024 Dutch New Narrative Lab cohort, underscoring our social impact and diverse founder background. We are also empaneled as official partners to marquee companies like Google Operations Center and Deloitte.
