Our approach is rooted in the principles of Asset Based Community Development. Often called ABCD, Asset Based Community Development recognises, identifies and harnesses existing ‘assets’ (i.e. things like skills, knowledge, capacity, resources, experience or enthusiasm) to strengthen community resilience.
