Fourth Ward CLT

​Established in 1976, the non-profit Fourth Ward CLT is an active neighborhood association of individual and business members dedicated to the community development and preservation of the historic center city Fourth Ward neighborhood of Charlotte. Proceeds from the public, ticketed events support vital social, safety, philanthropic, preservation and marketing programs of Fourth Ward CLT and the Fourth Ward Foundation.
