As a Time to Think Coach, Facilitator, Teacher and Faculty (one of two in North America) I teach others how to produce independent thinking in their organizations, teams and lives.

This is the work of pioneer Nancy Kline, known as the Thinking Environment. It's a radically different and exquisitely relational way of being with others that enables them to feel seen, heard and appreciated - just as they are. It is expertise that is common sense, yet not common practice.
