Helen Quinn
Helen is a professional coach and organisational development (OD) practitioner
who specialises in leadership and team development, change management, and
strategic planning. With an approach that is highly personalised, Helen works
with individuals, teams or groups to enable them to do their best thinking and
translate that into impactful actions.
Helen has over 10 years of leadership experience in marketing and sales roles at
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Novartis. Through her experience and understanding
of commercial functions, Helen is able to design and deliver bespoke, needs-
driven interventions for individuals and teams aimed at supporting people to be
at their best and maximise their personal impact.
Since establishing her consultancy in 2017, Helen has provided coaching and
consultancy services to a wide range of clients including the National Health
Service (NHS), AstraZeneca, GSK, Sky Television, and a range of small-medium
enterprises. Helen currently works extensively with the NHS providing coaching,
leadership development programmes, and OD services; she is able to bring her
insight and understanding of this system into her work with pharmaceutical
clients. Helen is a qualified executive coach with the Henley Business School and
has professional diplomas in OD with Roffey Park, and in marketing with the
Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Helen invests in ongoing continual
professional development and supervision for her coaching, and is a member of
the Association for Coaching, Henley Coaching Centre, and the International
Society for Coaching Psychology.
