Join-Us Short Breaks Service

The Join-Us Short Breaks Service is part of Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council Early Help Youth & Community Service.

We support children and young people with a range of disabilities aged between 5-25 to access various youth group, after school and holiday activities across the Redcar & Cleveland area.
