Latino Leadership Alliance

The Latino Leadership Alliance (LLA) was founded in 2009 by group of dedicated community leaders who believed in strengthening Latino leadership. Their vision was to build Latino leadership in 4 key areas, business, nonprofit, education and government. These dedicated individuals built the cornerstone program of LLA by setting a goal to identify, train and mentor emerging Latino leaders in the Silicon Valley, the LLA Academy.

LLA's mission is to amplify the voice and expand the power of Latino leadership, engage in policy and advocacy, and build partnerships to focus on race equity affecting the Latino community.
