I am a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, and I love blending strength and softness in my approach, from functional fitness to a mindful flow, helping people build strong, resilient bodies and calm, focused minds. Combining my two areas of expertise allows me to support people in a holistic way, building strong bodies, calm minds, and sustainable habits.
Like most of us, I also have an office job and I truly believe in what I do behind my desk. However, the working model of this century sees us sitting for the most time, therefore not supporting our bodies from a physical perspective and it can sometimes be energy draining also from a mental perspective. I believe in smart, intentional movement that supports real life and our bodies in the long term. Because after all, this body is what carries us through life and it deserves care, attention, and daily investment. Thus, I enjoy complementing my office life with practicing and teaching yoga and fitness.
Let’s move with purpose, strength, and presence. Whether it’s building power through movement or finding stillness in breath, I believe in creating sessions that are both effective and deeply intentional.
