A little about myself: my name is Steven White. I did a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga at Yogaspace; I did a level one tai chi chuan training at Wu Xing Martial Arts; and I am a level two certified Animal Flow instructor. All of my trainings were in Toronto, Ontario. In 2024 I started breakdancing. In my practice and when teaching I like to focus on alignment and get creative with combining moves together.
