From the early age of 20, I began building teams, hiring talent, and guiding them to excel, first in small enterprises and later in large, global corporations.

These experiences have granted me deep insights into hiring processes, workplace dynamics, management-employee relationships, and the subtle nuances of corporate culture and communication.

With 14 years of experience working as an expat in the Netherlands, I bring a wealth of knowledge on navigating Dutch workplace culture and the strategies that facilitate success for expatriates. This unique perspective is at the heart of my mission to empower professional women to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
