My name Sue Chaitin also known as Sue Chef. I host and teach recreational cooking classes in a beautiful Chef's Cabin tucked away in the woods of Fennville Michigan. I have a passion for food and love sharing my knowledge with people who also love to cook or just eat great food. I have been a chef for over fifteen years and currently own 4 restaurants with my chef husband. I take my inspiration from nature to create dishes that are beautiful, delicous and unique to the foods grown in Michigan.
