Tara Morawski
Head Broker and Co-Owner of Harcourts Carolinas, a luxury real estate company in Columbia, South Carolina, Tara leads with heart, vision, and high standards. She is dedicated to building a brokerage that’s both professional and personal — where every client is treated like family. Tara is also deeply rooted in her community. She has served as a chairperson for several local causes, is an active member of two school PTA boards, her local church and founded a Women in Business networking group that empowers female entrepreneurs across the Northeast. She’s especially passionate about the special needs community. A cause close to her heart, as her oldest son is an autistic adult. His journey has given Tara new perspective on parenting and life, teaching her the power of self-advocacy and creative problem-solving.
Tara is a proud mom of three incredible sons; she brings the same energy and devotion to her clients that she gives to her family. Whether she’s negotiating a deal or organizing a community event, Tara shows up with heart, hustle, and humor.
