The Body Project
The Body Project is a bootcamp class for Ladies Only. The classes are build on a full body workout focused on training the booties, legs and abs.
The Five E!’s!
- Every Tuesday and Thursday from 19:00 - 20:00
- Every class has a max capacity of 10 spots
- Every woman is welcome to join our classes
- Every session will help you to become a fitter person!
- Every time it’s going to be fun!
