Toronto Children's Services, in partnership with community organizations, plan and deliver a range of early learning and child care capacity building opportunities. The learning plan is reflective of Children's Services Quality Framework which is based on quality and pedagogical best practices and research. The professional learning opportunities build upon the excellent work the sector is doing to provide high quality early learning environments for children and families across Toronto.
