True Cadence CIC

True Cadence is a multi-award-winning music social enterprise based in East London. We use music as a tool to educate, empower and uplift young people, particularly those from underrepresented and marginalised backgrounds.

Through workshops, mentorship, performance programmes and industry-focused training, we create spaces where young people can build confidence, express themselves, and gain the skills needed to thrive creatively and professionally.

Our work sits at the intersection of music, wellbeing, and social change. Whether we’re co-producing live showcases, running songwriting sessions, or hosting conversations on community music, we’re driven by one goal: to create a more inclusive, sustainable and youth-led music landscape.
