BHT: January Breathwork classes

Hi, My name isNatasha Sutton and I am a Breathwork Practitioner.I have been working in NHS since 2011 specialising in CAMHS, Addiction and Family work. In addition, I am the founder ofBeach House Therapybased inLeigh on Sea. I am fully qualified Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Breathwork and Yoga practitioner.I offer both individual therapeutic interventions and group sessions from drop in classes to transformative programmes whereby I combine psychology and Breathwork.I offer drop in group sessions atThe Community Centre in Leigh on Sea. If you are curious about what Breathwork is or would like to join a small beginners yoga class please do join me for a class. Booking is essential as spaces are limited to 6 people.
